Over the past decade, ILUMINI's work has been recognized by some of the world's most prestigious photography competitions — including WPPI, PPA, AsiaWPA, Cosmos, and WPE International.

Lead photographer Lester Miyashiro is the first Japan-born photographer to receive both the WPPI Master Photographer distinction (2018) and the WPPI Double Master Photographer distinction (2022) — some of the highest honors in wedding and portrait photography. He has also been an ICON Awards Finalist in 2023 and 2024.
